Sales Development Representative
Drive sales growth and account wins, across the US and European markets.

Rama builds AI infrastructure for electronic component distributors. Our customers are the companies that sit between manufacturers and the factories that build the hardware you use every day: phones, cars, medical devices, satellites.
It's a $500B+ industry. Most of it still runs on spreadsheets, tribal knowledge, and pricing that hasn't been touched in years. We're fixing that.
We're looking for an SDR to own the US market. This is a player-coach role. You'll carry a bag, close deals yourself, and build the playbook that a team will eventually run. If you've sold into distribution, supply chain, or industrial tech before, you'll recognise the opportunity here immediately.
What you'll do
Close deals. You'll own the full sales cycle with mid-market and enterprise distributors in the US, from first call to signed contract. This is hands-on, not theoretical.
Build the sales playbook. Figure out what works: messaging, pricing, objection handling, deal structure. Document it so it scales.
Run outbound and pipeline. Identify target accounts, build prospect lists, and generate pipeline. You'll have support, but you need to be comfortable doing this yourself early on.
Work closely with the CEO and product team. Your customer conversations will directly shape what we build next. Short feedback loops, real influence.
Hire when the time is right. Once the playbook is proven, you'll start building a sales team under you.
Nice to haves
Direct experience selling to electronic component distributors or adjacent supply chain companies.
Existing relationships with decision-makers at US distributors in the $20M to $1B revenue range.
Familiarity with CRM and sales tooling (we use Attio).
Experience selling AI or data products to non-technical buyers.
